
Ultra classic Bronx pastry shop, underwhelming cannoli.
What we liked: The look of the cannoli, and the look of the old school Italian pastry shop, were about as classic as it gets. The cream had a balanced flavor and was thick and cold. They offered fresh powdered sugar on top.
What could be better: The shell was very soft. Perhaps I arrived a bit too late in the day, but this issue could have been avoided if the cannoli were filled fresh to order. Another way to avoid a soft shell is to get the chocolate covered cannoli, which I tried and sadly didn't get a picture of, but was excellent.
