Cannoli perfection from Termini Brothers Bakery in Philadelphia, PA.
What we liked: This large cannoli was made to order and looked beautiful. The shell was amazingly crunchy, and the filling was rich and creamy and tasted super fresh. As usual, I enjoyed the chocolate chips in the filling and appreciated the dusting of powdered sugar on top. Overall the ratios of flavors and textures were exactly what I look for in a great cannoli.
What could be better: There is very little about this cannoli I would change, but comparing it against some of the other great ones I've had, the cream had a slightly different taste that is hard to describe. Very subtle difference, but holds me back from going higher into the 9s.
