I'm posting this review way late, so unfortunately the detail might be lacking, but I scored it when I ate it, so I stand by the score.
What we liked: This was a big cannoli, which is always a good thing. Shell was crunchy with a hint of cinnamon. Cream was thick, cold, and authentic ricotta taste. Overall exactly what you want in a classic cannoli.
What could be better: Hard to remember exactly where this one could improve, but one area is chocolate chips.
